🏡 Real Estate Update

Charleston home sales are steady compared to this time last year. Year-to-date transactions are up 0.7% vs 2024, and the median sales price is $442,000, which is 2.7% higher than last year.

Mortgage rates have drifted back into the 7% range, but the Fed has hinted at possible rate cuts before year-end.
