Mount Pleasant is a gorgeous town in Charleston County, South Carolina. Initially, the Sewee People inhabited the area, and in 1690, European people came to the land that we know today. Mount Pleasant is linked to Charleston only via the Ravenel Bridge, and the city has a historic neighborhood called “Old Village.”

Movies and music nights are cool events for all ages, and the town also hosts camps, classes, and sports for children to keep them occupied and interested. Adults are encouraged to get out of the house and practice their game at Patriots Point Links golf or while playing tennis.
Residents who are interested in enrolling their children in Mount Pleasant schools can look into places like the Crown Leadership Academy, East Cooper Montessori Charter School, or Laurel Hill Primary. James B Edwards Elementary, Moultrie Middle, and Wando High Schools also accept kids from the town.
