If you can find a house already built you will save a ton of time not having to go through the ARC. If you buy this lot and don't want my plans expect to take a year to get a permit before you can start building. I would highly recommend using Bill Huey for your plans, top Architect and office right down the road. If you want to use these plans, they are awesome. My vision for this house would be for someone to build this that planned to live here year around. This would not make a good short term rental. Houses are pretty close together and driveway access is limited. I think use a few bedrooms for home offices and come move to Seabrook full time. This island is awesome!
